Established in 2003 by an IT professional who had a vision to create a technology services company that delivered professional and managed IT services that exceeded customer expectations. After many years working in corporate IT, experiencing frustrating and disappointing engagements with service providers, CEO and founder Roland Beaumont knew he could do it better with the right team of people.

The goal was to leverage their enterprise process and IT management skills and share them with local companies.
